Truely everything is real. This song is Lupes mind, heart, soul and anwser ... to so many bad things. We can be glad that an artist like him exist. We always say many things, but the mass doesn't hear us. Lupe is talking for many people, for the L.A.S.E.R.S. generation. We want a change in the world, but you don't have to vote for a person like Obama, like Lupe did. We need to go out, stand up and scream. The song is representing our daily life. Social problems, the goverment, war, religion ... Close your eyes, and listen to the song, listen to each word and start to use your mind. Thank you really much for this song, Lupe Fiasco ... FNF UP 1st&15th

T Tripp you think that everybody is selling out but if you hear the words it sounds like lupe. And the same about eminem he had songs with pop stars years ago with stan ft dido so get your facts straight. You started off on the false premise causing you to come up with the incorrect conclusion. I dont blame you, i blame the fact that your human and you fear something a little new. Does the chorus or the beat have to deal with the actual words in the song sir. FNF up

Rebels in our thoughts... How very true. We go as far as our fear allows. Truth.

I can feel that this song is from the heart, a good message to the blindness of the world around us, assuming most of us live in America. As always FnF up

T Tripp...clearly you aren't listening to lyrical content. This is the most important record any artist has put out since Rage Against the Machine. Just because there's a woman singing the hook its selling out?? Name one other hip hop artist talking about poverty, global governments and terrorism..

T Trippp, if you think this is selling out, I don't think you get what music is. FNF up. This is a very good song, but you are correct that some hyperbole is too much. Tell your friends. It's a good song.

the fact that this song is even released is amazing to me and shows the extent of lupe's power to move the masses. even if it doesnt get radio play, its out here for the world to hear and who knows, this may be the anthem to our own uprising to change the way america thinks and operates

This is amazing. Just had an eargasm. Last semester I gave a speech about Fiasco Friday for a class, I wonder if any of those students became committed fans of yours and if any of them are awake to hear this song. Would be nice. This song is nice.

Alex da kid makes another beat for another rapper trying to sell out. Eminem love the way you lie. B.o.B airplanes part 1 and 2. All music is becoming the same. They have a pop beat with a female chorus and decent verses and everybody thinks its the greatest song ever. This song is good but these comment are already getting ridiculous. People saying their life is complete because of this song, yea the songs good but come on its not the best song ever. NOT EVEN CLOSE...

my life is now complete and i can die a happy man thank you lupe fiasco, you are the hip hop god!

this is gonna get NOOO radio play lol, and mainstream and polticially correct ppl gonna hate you for this.. oh wait, dayum... thats kinda what the song is sayin between the lines xD that u dont give a FUCK if they hate you.. you gonna tell the TRUTH, and NEVER dumb it down... lupe, i swear ur my hero. Let em hate me too bc the truth MUST be herd. Lets tell the world, what they DONT want to hear, and never have to worry about the words WE never said! Get em!

Lupe is part of the reason why hip hop will never die until the end. I've been a fan since my partner turned me on to the mix tapes and he impresses me everytime I hear some new joints or on a feature. Lupe Fiasco is the man
DannyBlades's picture

(Drake voice) no but really, he kills every word in every sentence in every bar of every verse! Lupe, I knew you'd never fail me...your guaranteed an album sold...I might buy 2 just because...
