Big ups to Lupe for making a song that alot of us can relate to. We pray for the innocent lives that are lost in Afghanistan, Palestine, Iraq, Libya, Egypt, here in the US, and many more countries that are going through pain. I have a rebuttle for a kid named cotty, Lupe is not about money, drugs, hoes, so he is not going to make or perform with that nonsense. Lupe represents a voice for those who do not have access to the media or music industry, the youth, the nonviolent, the peaceful, and the ones who want to succeed. Last but not least, he represents a lot of muslims, who live a clean, peaceful, positive minded, nonviolent life, basically what Islam is all about: Peace. Asalam Alaikam

I'll be that guy. No I don't like it. He didn't perform for the audience. This is the BET awards and he went out there like it was a fucking rock concert. It's dead quiet in there, with no shots of the crowd because they knew it was bad. I like you Lu but you gotta be smarter than this right here. Cater to the crowd. and make them want to buy the album then have like a max of 3 songs trying to get the word out but don't force shit on people. that's why people avoid the church is because it feels like its being forced on them...

Lupe that is what I call guts and being brave! holding the Palestinian Flag high and proud really shows the type of person you are and the courage you have. Will definitely buy your C.D. and continue to support you in any way possible. Will also spread the word. Please continue to support the Palestinian cause and please spread awareness of it.
