why couldn't they just have him fall in love with a real girl instead of a promiscuous one?! the message would be more effective. put some hijab on sista! don't sell yourself to lupe. its sad how this LASERS cd made me want to buy his older CD the "Lupe Fiasco's The Cool".. i found out Lupes music before was much better & meaningful. this video was cute but have some respect for girls even if she was okay with it & even if u needed it only for ur video.

Maybe you're just seeing the appearance rather than the message itself "cyanide." For all you know, Lu's girl is his soul mate. Maybe it's God or just Love itself. The point of the message is that if you keep your mind on Love then hatred and fear can't touch you. Lu is a genius who gives all the praise to God. That's my kinda dude! Peace and Love Lu.
