I LOVE this photo! Oh my goodness! I am a single mom as well, and a current community college student also. I ADORE writing too! I am working on my first children's book that I was finally inspired to write with "great" encouragement from my English teacher, who introduced Lupe's music in class. It was an assignment dissecting his lyrics. I tell my friends what teacher do you know does that? Plays hip-hop music for his students in class, and not only that, turns it into a class lesson? He is AMAZING!
