Kinda bored with this now, but I think you get the Singapore/Tonio line. I think he meant "Antonio" and shortened it like he shortened "Merry-Go's" and "Knucks". He did mention Mexico before it and continues with something about colonial. Perhaps a towering colonial master?

There used to be a video on youtube called Lupe Fiasco - Ooh, it had the picture of him jumping off the wall and it was on there from like 2006ish till somewhere last year when it was taken down. Shame cause it had thousands of views and hundreds of comments on it, all wasted now..
