What do you guys think about Afta-1, a bit of an electro vibe but I like some of his stuff..and I think Nujabes is a bit overrated as a rapper but makes some sick beats.

Aiight, just listened to Apollo Brown - Make Do. And it's f***ing siiiiiccckk.

Oddisee is an awesome producer. He is my favorite currently. And As much stuff as Black Milk is doing in 2010 he'll be up there as well.

But Oddisee has his album last year, as well as a tape that one "Tell The Truth" ft. Nikki Jean was on, and he has some instrumental albums as well I think.

Fat Jon is one of my faves handsdown. But I've played Special Herbs so much they're not even special anymore, Oddisee is on my radar right now though (producer/rapper).

I haven't given much of DOOM's instrumental stuff a listen, but as far as his albums go, the only production I like from him that I've heard, that HE'S done (Not Madlib or DangerMouse) is the Take Me To Your Leader album. That was some really really good production.

That and the song "Doomsday" lol. But I have the Special Herbs, I just haven't given them a spin.

Special Herbs 0-9 is one of my favorite instrumental series ever.

The Beat Konducta's are so ill, soulful. Not many people dig it but I liked Shades of Blue too.

Strictlybeats is where it's at, but you don't like any DOOM instrumentals Ian?

Mr. Green - Classic Beats Vol. 1 & 2 are nice also =D

And yeh, Madlibs Beat Konducta Series is dope too.

It's where I get some of my instrumental albums, among other sources. I'd suggest Apollo Brown - Skilled Trade. If you've heard Finale's album A Pipe Dream And A Promise, Apollo Brown's the dude who produced the second half of the intro. But that tape is nice, also if you can get a hold of it, "Make Do" by him is good I hear.

Fat Jon also has some really awesome instrumental stuff.

Intrumentals have always been better because they don't have to worry about the rapper fucking up the beat. I need that Beat Konducta in Africa to come though!!!!!!!!!!
