    I think it was a nice moderation between mainstream catchy hip hop, and lupe's usual style. I really like it haha.

btw, this album is obviously part of the Lup.E.N.D. The next album is also done. Just the titles are diffrent. He allways goes around telling this album is 2 years old, I'm beaming is obviosly NOT two years old. His homeboy Diggy is out there converting 'The Non-Believers' [ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixnGnen5-SE ] SMH, this is what I mean, if Lupe is fighting the 'evil forces' and yet joins them togheter, mixing truth with falsehood ;S (the allcitychessclub). none of my bussisiness but just sayin.

pretty solid song, obviously a catchy tune 'They treat you like a slave Put chains all on your soul And put whips up on your back They be lying through their teeth Hope you slip up off your path'' I don't know if he choose this song or not but I think this is like a introduction to the album. If this is suposed to be the 'superstar' of the album, then this will be a better album than The Cool. easy come easy go

@TRENCH It has samples of Modest Mouse's "Float On" I personally think it's a killer track. Easily one of my favorites. It's a track that can be played on the radio, which a lot of people don't like the idea of, but I'm fine with it. I think a little enlightenment on the radio with Lu would be great. He didn't dumb it down by any means, his lyrics are still real. He's basically preaching the idea of LASERS in the song, imo, and it's an incredibly positive track. I love the song. No one can do it like Lupe. We are LASERS.

I'm not sure I like it very much. The theme of the rapping seems to be Lupe-like but i'm not sure I like the beats. Even his flow has changed. As he has been releasing some good stuff lately I hope this is just a blip and that he recovers his calibre of old.
