    There is other churches near there so i see why not a mosque, seems a little bit racist to me. And i am pretty sure there is fast food places near ground zero.

I don't see why this is a big deal, just let them put up the damn mosque. After all, Islam didn't crash those planes into the WTC buildings. Albeit, the hijackers were muslim, however, these muslim extremists only make up a small portion of the muslim community as a whole.

@MIKE< islam = the truth that's why it does not matter that they hate on islam, aprox 3 books against islam are written EACH DAY,.... but fact is that after 9/11 there's been a BOOOM of people accepting islam ;) All praise is to Allah swt, whom he guides none can misguide and who ever he misguides none can guide ;). this life is temporary, they can kill us but not our books ;) and besides whouldnt mind dying for the truth ;)

I wonder how these protesters? would feel if a Catholic church was built on the site of the Oklahoma City bombing. McVeigh was a Roman Catholic and used his hate to destroy the lives of many innocent people. If you're going to say Islam is of the devil because of 9/11/2001, then it would only be fair to say Catholicism is as well because of 4/19/1995. If you're going to be crying terrorists at one religion, then you need to say it for ALL the religions that have created terrorists.

The US government is going to further its attack on Islam by allowing a mosque to be built where a false flag operation was undertaken to engineer a war in the middle east, resulting in the deaths of many innocent people. So let me get this straight, first they stage a "terrorist" attack in which Osama Bin Laden (aka Tim Osman aka CIA asset) admits guilt bringing a bad taste in the mouths of many regarding the faith of Islam. Now this building of the mosque will only further the ignorance fueled hatred. While this may seem ok on the surface, think of problem-reaction-solution (the art of deception is the primary tool of the Secret Government aka Majestic 12 or the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations) then think of what the situation is here. I am not a muslim, but I would be cautious if I was a muslim when accepting something like this as progression. This is part of something bigger, keep watching before concluding. Peace! (or Islam! lol)

Hooray for the gays. lol Anyways, I've read into most of this and the mousque seems to be in a good place for me. As well as for the gay bar. I can already see a future battle between gays and religous people. Even though the bible says to love one another no matter what the case, I guess it's ok to not like gays. CONTRADICTION? lol Yes, 9/11 was an inside job but everyone gets the government and the people who actually did it mixed up. Believe it or not there are people inside the government trying to stop the Elite, Illuminati, Freemasons, Boheium Club, Skull and bones etc. (What ever you would lke to call them) I know it's a little hard seperating the good from bad.

Its gonna have a pool apparently lol. Again I dunno how Mosques in the US work I think they'd still have separate areas for both male and females spots? "According to The Associated Press, the 13-story, $100 million Islamic center will feature a swimming pool, basketball court, auditorium and culinary school and a mosque. The center, called Park51, would also have a library, art studios and meditation rooms. A memorial on site will be dedicated to victims of the 9/11 attacks." Again, more just a community centre which I think the is trying to just bring acceptance of different cultures/faith belief...with a swimming pool and a basketball court =P

Apparently its still in discussion whether to move it or not, but the whole point of that Mosque is that it is also large community centre also, where people of different culture could come in and just enjoy the apparent pool being there and learn about one-another beliefs. I mean, I dunno how the Mosques are in the US, but in the UK we ain't go no pool =/ hehe... Its mainly been a Republican outburst more than anything who are going psycho about this. Its slightly unfair to classify every Muslim as an extremist/terrorist (not saying anyone is here, I mean about the reports I've read from) it just seems bias, and a refusal of acceptance. Not every Muslim in the world is pointing and laughing over 9/11. Can only imagine people just constantly planning to protest and vandalize the place if it gets built which would be sad... Its like saying the likes of Lupe Fiasco, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, they are allowed to perform near Ground Zero, BUT ONLY if they are not Muslims for the next 3 hours, because if so its disrespectful. But yeah, my thoughts really...

While there are alot of unanswered questions, with a massive event like that the government are going to have to keep quiet on alot of things, even if they didnt plan it. Most of the arguements theorists bring up are bollox, such as the towers fell like in a controlled demolition, as if they think a little plane is going to topple tonnes of concrete sideways. or the steel doesnt burn arguement made by a guy on youtube, when it does, quite happily.

I saw the hate filled banned advert posing it as a huge mosque actually on ground zero, but in reality its down the block. They should be allowed to build a mosque if there arent enough nearby, but common sense and discretion are needed obviously
