    Flow is Armeggedon much like Crows/Cruise from the Sky- Cruise from the sky is a reference to the movie "War Of the Worlds" starring Tom Cruise. It was much like an Armageddon.

But I'm warming up, oceans is on the rise- This line is another reference to Armageddon. "I'm warming up, oceans is on the rise" is global warming. Global warming melts glaciers and causes the "sea levels/oceans to rise. 
I be Ocean with 11 associates on my side- He then says he is Ocean so he is saying rising. This line is also a reference to the movie "Ocean's Eleven".
Colder than Chris Martin guitarin'- would look at all the 'Spies'? Chris Martin plays guitar for the band Coldplay and they have a song called "Spies"

"I'm the hook after your last verse I'm also like the beat But I will turn it down so you can go to sleep" This part clearly is a metaphor for saying that he's the end of whoever he's addressing, and that seems to be not just other rappers in the game, but those whose eyes are clouded by the ignorance of The Game. He seems to be saying that he's the death of ignorance, or the death of The Cool. The Armageddon themes earlier seem to suggest the same thing. However, I don't think it implies that he was the beginning. The line "I'm also like the beat" seems to me to suggest not that he was the beginning of what he was trying to destroy, but like the beat in a song, he was there throughout the entire thing. Throughout the construction of The Cool, Lupe was there. Lupe himself says this in Hurt Me Soul. He admits that he was a participant in ignorance, and that he was there all along, but he is saying at the same time that he will end it. And also, the opening line, "I wipe the coal from my eyes", someone pointed out as saying he was waking from a long sleep, as coal takes millions of years to be created. I think this references the lack of real Lupe music we've had since The Cool, and how the release of Lasers is continually pushed back, but now he's back.

@NIANJA909 I know what "bawl" means, it's extending the "eye" theme. I think he means that he will always let himself be heard, and knowing Lupe's music. "ball" is indeed braggadocio but he also intented a play of word with the theme being "eyes" with eyeballs.

No bruh. "Bawl" is a reference to crying. Bawling is like crying profusely. And "I will always Ball" is just braggadocio. I.e. "He's ballin".

I misjudged the metafor. "Replace with some me's, so all they see is he's" He replaces their eyes with hims so all they see is him. "But I will never run, not even if they cry" He will never run from their eyes, even if they cry (begged) thus flooding him. "See I can never fall, not even down their cheek" He will never fall from where their eyes used to be, not even if they cryed, thus making tears that roll down their cheeks. "But I will always ball (bawl),let's see who the first to blink" Wordplay, ball as in eyeball and bawl meaning that he will always let his voice be heard. He's challenging the others to see who is the superior.

I can see how the, "I'm the hook after your last verse, I'm also like the beat" means the end and the beginning. It would make sense as a Armageddon reference.

Eh, not that impressive. It's 'good' though definitely not great, and especially not even close to Failure status. But frankly, at this point, I'll take "good" over the "meh" he'd been delivering previously. And the Tom Cruise line is also a reference to his movie "Vanilla Sky" I'm guessing.
