I think it's a little bit on the racist side.

My opinion is kick the ones that make trouble, don't legalize them, just make it so they can drive without fear of getting caught, and make them pay some taxes.

They are doing something similar to Arizona in another state. I forget which one though. What a shame

All I am trying to say Malik, is that the constitution and bill of rights holds precedent in all law courts. I don't give two shits about this country, but I care about my family, friends, and whoever else contributes to doing good work and manifesting positive energy. I will just say that just because we have dumb politicians, we don't have to be dumb, and certain loopholes in the laws and constitution give us more rights than we think. We have more power than the politicians, at least enough to be free. Don't know what I am talking about? Message me on facebook and I would be willing to send you more information if you are interested. I guarantee you will be satisfied. Peace.

We have the most access to any type of information needed in the world and the history of man in general, and yet the people still remain completely ignorant. I doubt the average person could tell you anything substantial about the Bill of Rights of the Constitution. The people get what they deserve. As long as apathy persists. All of our politicians are corrupt. Except maybe a few on a county level. They don't need any knowledge of any legal documents of any history. All they need is a corporation to buy their soul. And the American people sit back and play with their iPads if they're lucky enough to be apart of the fading middle class. America is dead. Just living off past greatness.

Malik, until our own politicians have even an elementary understanding of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, any policy they try to enforce on immigration is hypocritical and ignorant. If you want some clarification, I will give it to you. But I am not typing paragraphs unless I know someone will read it. Peace.

Tongue in cheek Mike. Funny that someone would talk about African vs. Anglo Saxon people considering how Africans became Muslims is much the same way as "African Americans" became children. It has worked out wonderfully in Indonesia however where the Muslim religion came by peace and trade and not by war and enslavement.

lawl, I like when african people act like the anglo-sux people ;) and I certainly feel sorry for those who felt for the 'blame the whitey' setup by those same whitey's ;) no wonder they aggresivly killed El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz (malcolm x) for he spoke the truth '"America needs to understand Islam, because this is the one religion that erases from its society the race problem. Throughout my travels in the Muslim world, I have met, talked to, and even eaten with people who in America would have been considered white, but the white attitude was removed from their minds by the religion of Islam. I have never before seen sincere and true brotherhood practiced by all together, irrespective of their color." El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz (malcolm X) '

No Malik, you speak English. You do know where that came from right? ;)

I speak American Mike.

Anyone in this thread speak Cherokee? Washitaw? Blackfoot? Hehe, these Americans (Amerigo-cans) are silly in their little jack-in-the-box.

Why don't we consult the National Congress of American Indians and see what they think about "US Immigration"? All people have to do is read the actual constitution and Bill of Rights and they will already be smarter than the average Americal politician. Blunt language: terms like "immigration" and "citizenship" is an absolute joke, and any skimming of the law books would confirm that.

I think that they will never get the reform they want, simply because companies are going to have to pay them minimum wage, and that will skyrocket prices. I really can't of a solution than leave it the way it is.

Hmmm touchy topic. I have always been one to put myself in "my brother's shoes" if you will, but this in my opinion is a lose/lose topic. Let's say we take a sheet of paper and list the pros and cons of the bill and how it will alter the lives of people who live in America and those who live in Mexico( I do not like the word "citizen" for reasons too long to be expressed).Mexicans- "O it's unhumane!!", Americans-"O it's unpatriotic" NIcole-"O it's just another ploy to keep humanity at arms with one another". Who is right here? I remember hearing somewhere that Cover stories are just that...COVER stories, LOL. What is the REAL reason for this bill and that bill ...........etc ............

The actual written law is stupid. But immigration to the US does need reform as a whole. O and Mexico should actually give a shit. That would help.
