Its so incredibly hard to pick 1 song. its not possible its impossible. But i do have a favorite verse from hurts me soul. Which is one of the most underrated songs ever created. That and intruder alert, but. the verse is form hurts me soul. The last verse. Incredible. So i guess you could say "Hurts me soul: is my favorite song, because it has my favorite verse. But man its so hard to pick. So many legendary songs. "So through the Grim Reaper sickle sharpening Macintosh marketing Oil field augering Brazilian adolescent disarmament Israeli occupation Islamic martyrdom, precise Yeah, laser guided targeting Oil for food, water, and terrorist organization harboring Sand camouflage army men CCF sponsorin, world conquerin, telephone monitoring Louis Vuitton modelin, pornographic actress honorin String theory ponderin, bullimic vomiting Catholic priest fondlin, pre-emptive bombing and Osama and no bombin them They breakin in my car again, deforestation and overloggin and Hennessy and Hypnotic swallowin, hydroponic coughin and All the world's ills, sittin on chrome 24-inch wheels, like that"

My favorite Lupe Fiasco song would have to be "Streets On Fire" off of the The Cool album. Not only doest it represent a metaphorical portrayal of our perception of the real world, but it also explains that the same perception of something real could be altered by the definition of the perception. He speaks about a plague spreading. The way the lyrics are organized, shows how much consideration Lupe put into constructing this lyrical masterpiece. When listening to this song, it gave me the message to "Not take everything you see, as what you know" because perception is only a surface projection. The depth of this song really makes me appreciate Lupe as an artist because not only does he convey ideas, he lets it spread almost like a the plague mentioned in the song. What appreciate most about him is that not only does this song contain a sort of elasticity character trait in that his words can be applied, related, or perceived in various different ways which further serves as an asset to the passion of the song. Overall the song is a symbol of depth to me, and it represents Lupe's passion, excellence, and intelligence which makes me admire him as an artist.

wow this is tough but here is one that the theme runs through a lot of your lyrics;"The instrumental". The reason I picked this because the more I grow up in this country, the more I realized that people are living inside a box within thier own world and refuse to understand or be part of reality. You are born, you go to school, go to college, start a family and then die. Your whole life is determined for you. People are enslaved by the false media and corporation advertising. People are more amused by a 13y old celebrities that the media covers then the other important events that are taken place around the world such as wars, poverty, global warming an other important issues that concerns us human beings and our future existence. I feel like the whole country runs by the corporation and they could enforce anything they want upon the citizen unless people breakout of the the box they are living and come back to reality. Today's lifestyle is an evident in the United States. "The instrumental" reminds of everyone around me who fallow everyone else and refuse to show their uniqueness and stand up for their rights.

The Instrumental. I chose this song because it is so true how everyone just copies celebrities and just do what they say. People really need to learn to think for themselves and stop relying on what their favorite celebrities do. This song really has a powerful message that i can totally relate to. In my High School, all kids do is follow their favorite rappers and actors and do and wear what they do. Chris Brown fans wear snap backs, Wiz lovers all wear chuck Ds ect. That is why the instrumental is my favorite Lupe song. But Food & liquor is a near flawless album!

My favortie Lupe song is a tie... between ALL of them! They are all unique and hits! If I had to pick one I would say: 'I'm Beaming'. This song makes me want to conquer the world and get some energy from my energy! This song is good for all occasions! And this poster I would give to my boyfriend because he is the biggest Lupe fan! :)

Streets on Fire is my favorite Lupe song. Metaphorical lyrical madness/genius that can't be stopped.

''Words I Never Said''. Not many songs have managed to change my view on things. This did. Also I think that this song is the best example of why Lupe isn't like other rappers, because it shows that he has intellect and actually has something to say.
