Till I Get There. My favorite song. Such a great song. Every song I have listened to thus far from you has been awesome and I am glad I was finally introduced to you through a friend. Your songs hold a lot of meaning and can be put into everyday situations. Keep writing Lupe. God Bless.

My favorite Lupe song is "And He Gets The Girl" because I feel that its VERY relatable to anyone who has every had a major crush on anyone they felt was out of their league.

My favorite song is definitely "Hip-Hop Saved My LIfe" which describes how he got out of trouble, did something good with his life, became a good person, and helped his family and friends. Which was all because of Hip-Hop.

The Emperor's Soundtrack, name due to how dope it is and how complex it is when you take time to break the song down.

Dumb it down because lyrically speaking it's incredible and the story of it's ill.

One i cant pick it. I got 3 tops! Real- you know cause its real. Yo flow on the beat is hyper energy. sleep on that why god give you night? Struggle another sign that god loves you? Honest to say i get chills cause im feelin exact how you feelin. He say She say - Im just feelin the concept, i mean how you say the exact same thing but from you to your mothers words is act kinda dope. Plus I get kinda vivid seein as how my pops was neva there and now i gotta lil boy to raise myself. Finally. Sunshine- Fire breathin dragon better not harm me or be scared when he meet my one man army. That right there show you cool, thats sum fairy tale shek type shit and no other rapper would say anything like that scared of image. Unique, and the story is sick. matter fact i used yo line in the song 2 weeks ago at a lil house party. " kinda crowded in here, would ya care to blow it" ahah. she sho did.... good nite that one. but yo you asked fo ma fav and thats them. lemme kno what up, big fan lupe keep doin big things homie

My favorite song is definitely Words I Never said because I love how Lupe raps about all the stuff going on around the world!!!:)

My favorite Lupe Fiasco song has to be Words I Never Said. First off, i want to begin by saying Lupe Fiasco is a great musician who is overlooked and that Skylar Grey is a great musician that is on the rise. The Words I Never Said is my favorite song because i feel it has a powerful message and really pushes people to go against what the media and the government tells them. On a personal note, I never voted for a president and i never will because I feel that one man/women alone can't make a difference instead the individuals who voted for him or her can. With that said, i feel that if i vote for the president, i will lose my voice within the masses and just become another pawn in their plans for power. Furthermore, I feel that the government should focus more on the school systems and provide our youth with an education rather than fighting worthless wars. I will admit that i feel i was cheated out of a proper education, because the school i attend when i was a child didn't have enough funds to gain the proper individuals to nourish and teach a young mind resulting in me being emotionally scarred and hating school. It also hits me hard, because i feel disappointed in myself for not spreading the word more, because like the song says "if you don't become an actor you'll never be a factor." Finally, i find it sad that now a days people will believe anything the media or government tells them and then when an individual questions those views they look down on them like their stupid and crazy. Though the words are so loud inside my head, i will regret the words i never said. So I and everyone else must break free from the chains of oppression and take a stand for our beliefs. In conclusion like Lupe said himself and i agree, "I think that all the silence is worse than all the violence." So lets join together and peacefully fight for a better future.

I'd have to say my favorite Lupe song is "Daydreamin'" Its a "lupe lyrical" song that just shows lupe's skills of intertwining different musical cultures. The personification of a project building robot is genius and his description, incredible. Its such a chill song...Yet, The violin beginning causes goosebumps every time I listen, especially the 3 times I've listen to it live. Lupe concerts = best concerts always!

My favorite Lupe song at this moment is Till I Get There. Because, being a rapper myself, the chorus speaks so much to me. "I'ma keep it cool, and I'ma do me, it is what it is and thats how it's gonna be, till I get there." I guess this song made me notice, a lot of rappers live through the same stuff. Everyone calling me selfish for rapping, and telling me to spend more time with them, or get a job and stuff, when in reality the only reason I care about even being known in rapping is because I want to make everyones life easier. A selfish way of attaining a selfless dream. Wellp, thats why I like Till I get there.

My faviorite is up to the cool and superstar the to me was one of the most creative songs ever in music he told the story so well I can actually see it like a movie superstar though Is my favorite it is just a great song that reached so many people and me that song took lupe from a good rapper to a superstar

My favorite song would have to be "Words I never said". Not because its his most recent popular song but because ever single line in that song means something. If you take the time to really interpret it, it teaches you a lot. I makes you want to learn more and research what you already thought you knew. It's not just about sex, alcohol, and drugs. The beat and melody are also amazing because it help build up ones emotions as he speaks. Almost as if it calls its listeners into action.

Picking a favorite song in Lupe's career is like finding a needle in a haystack, but...for a POSTER!! i guess i have to pick "the coolest" because i think it shows the evolution of a person in such a mythical way, how a person coming up from the bottom rising to the top, and betraying an important 'person' because he thinks he's 'the coolest.' Sorry if anyone disagree with my thinking...that's how i see it.

My favorite Lupe Fiasco song is "Kick, Push", because it's about a guy who just wants to skateboard. Nothing else, no drugs no violence, just skateboarding. When I listen to the song, it reminds me of ice skating, because I'm an avid hockey player. Lupe, Foreva!

American Terrorist would have to be one of my favourites from Lupe, it shows a totally different side of acts of terrorism which many people are oblivious to due to the brainwashing media. The line he says at the beginning, " The ink of a scholar is worth a thousand times more than the blood of a martyr" is slightly reworded but basically from Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) that has a really deep meaning which I won't get into. Lupe pretty much proves that terrorism has no colour nor race, they can be anyone and can be pulled in many different ways from one person to a whole government. I love Lupe.

It has to be Beautiful Lasers (2 Ways) because I can relate to that song so much. The emotions expressed in the words itself, This song really makes me cry.

Hip hop saved my life. Definitely the best track. I love its message and how music can take you to levels you've never imagined. "stack that cheese. somethin somethin somethin, stack that cheese."

My favorite song by Lupe would have to be "Little Weapon". Just when I thought they're weren't any good rappers around who could speak the truth & make it sound dope, Lupe came. That whole situation in Africa came across my mind a couple time & I felt like ppl were ignoring it, but Lupe didn't. I love the chorus, I get eargasams from listening to that song.

The Emperor's Soundtrack, namely due to how dope it is how deep the song is when one has a chance to break it down.

I love "words i never said" powerful song and great message it speaks volumes to me......
lowry14188's picture

mine is probably Till I get there why because he actually talks about how he's not perfect, other artist talk about them being so perfect..

The Instrumental because I just remember hearing it for the first time on Madden. Ilike it because it talks about the influence pop culture has over people right now.
raubry's picture

It's tough, all his songs are amazing, but I'd have to say "Sunshine" from his first album. It's and amazing song lyrically and has an overall good message about love as opposed to the other hip hop songs out there.

"Letting Go" L.A.S.E.R.S- I've never heard and artist start an album with such emotion, and sense of distress. The imagery Lu paint's is undescribeable, you truley feel the pain, and agony of self-defeat. Then to end the track with the "filterless" fight for right, blew my mind.

It is all about Dumb it down, truly is lyrical perfection, its the song I put on whenever I am trying to think but honestly all Lupe songs are my favorite songs.

My favorite song is Till I Get There. I love this song because it is inspirational and it teaches people to follow their dreams and never give up!

Definetly "The show goes on" a song that shines beams of light that burn the darkness of ignorance...that's why is the opening song to "Lasers". Lupe is too good to only like one song, but this song inspires me to keep going!! "Ain't nobody leavin', nobody goin' home, even if they turn the lights out, the show is goin' on"
Trevhero's picture

My favorite song by Lupe Fiasco is, THE INSTRUMENTAL. This is my favorite because I find the message that is sent by this to be very important. TV/The Media can be very controlling to some and has a lot of control on the current, past and generation to come. Also, Linkin Park and Lupe are awesome!!

Coming Up. "This one goes out to the baby girls" is my favorite line, and i love how upbeat it is.
