my favorite would have to be Paris, Tokyo for the amazing story he tells about the relationship and how not even fame and everything that comes with it will keep him away from her. But my other favorite would be Words I Never Said because of how raw it is and just proves that Lupe is a real artist with real lyrics. Not just talking about money this hoes that but actually talking about the war, the president, pills, banks, everything that we seem to blind to notice or just choose not to and those are real words.

Words I Never Said: Lupe raps the truth about our society and all of its problems that most other raps don't rap about. It's not about sex or drugs or girls for once. It has substance. It has meaning. It has emotion!

Blackout This song shows off Lupe's versatility as a rapper and an artist. His imagery and metaphors are unbeatable and he goes off showing them with this track. Also the beat is nasty.

My favorite Lupe song, has got to be either Daydreamin' or I Gotcha. I love how the whole Daydreamin song is a huge metaphor, its brilliant, and I Gotcha is just awesome, you know you are a badass when you can rap about soap and still make an amazing song...lol

Send one right here to your biggest fan, from "Kick push" to "All black everything"

"Hip hop saved my life" because it's a story of how hip hop truly can change someone's life. It shows the power of music, a power people sometimes underestimate or fail to see. It's also ridiculously catchy!

My favorite off of Lasers has to be Till I Get There. It's something we all can relate to.

Daydreamin because of the way he describes the robot as the different parts of the corrupt ways of society. and the line "but not too loud cuz the baby's sleeping..." shows what the people do behind the back of the innocent.

He Say, She Say- first time i heard it, i cried. it's one of the deepest songs i've ever heard. and it really makes a kid with split parents feel like he can relate. Much love to ya.

I have 2 lol. 'Words I Never Said' and 'Coming Up'. I love 'Words I Never Said' because it's simply the truth. Whenever it came to learning about Jihad in my R.E. lessons in school I always wondered if it was wrong but never questioned it incase people thought I weren't a proper Muslim. He literally said all the "words i never said" in about 4 minutes

Til' I Get There, simply it shows the confidence he has and how he can wear it on his sleeve and the way he shows himself in the song is amazing i relate it to a champion....

Go Go Gadget Flow: It embraces your roots back in Chicago and really sets you're life growing up into your music. Real Lyricism.

My favorite song is "Till I Get There." I can relate to this song and sure others can too. Its such an honest song. It expresses the feelings many feel trying to reach their dreams. Uncertainity. Nothing is ever achieved without defeat. I am pursuing a studio arts major and hoping to move on to grad school. I am proud that I have even gone this far! I am going to be a senior next year. But I am not done yet finding my way. The lyrics really are encouraging stay invested in yourself and everything will work out in the end. The song is awesome. Quality.

Hands down my favorite song would be daydream. I love the imagery that is in the song and Jill Scott kills it.also. I love how Lupe starts with the robots eyes and works his way down the robot and explains different people/parts of society. That will always be one of my favorite songs by an artist!

"Kick Push" would have to be my favorite. It was the first Lupe song I hear way back in the summer of '06. The moment I heard it I became a fan. The combination of lyrics, beats, and the way that Lupe can deliver so many emotions with his voice got me hooked.

From the Lasers album I would have to say that "Never forget you" is my favorite song. I just finished university and moved back home across the country and it just reminds me of all the people I had to leave but will never forget

Most inspiring song is Show Goes On. Lupe's message behind every song is real and inspiring. Wish there were more artist out there like Lupe. Keep them coming Lupe because you are amazing!

Daydreamin' - I love the metaphor of this song and the sarcasm used for social commentary in the second half of the song. Great rhymes and a genius way to frame the disconnect that a person can feel when looking at the world (or at least that's how I see it).

My favorite Lupe song is Hurt Me Soul. From the first bar where he dedicates it to everyone and the following that ensues, from his reluctancy to rap because of it's messages and his upbringing. He describes all the pain and cries of everyone, from the villages to the inner-city youth, The part where he talks about his Jay-Z boycott and then going back to listening him, I have done this. I reject the mainstream and yet I still listen to it and it makes me uncomfortable that I'm not staying true to myself. I love Lupe's music because I can just throw on his albums and sit back and listen and not even want to change any of the songs. Every song, from "Free Chilly" which gets it's message through in only 1 minute to the Outro of Food and Liquor which I like to listen to and it clocks in at 12 minutes. Lasers is a good album, the songs on there, like Till I Get There and State Run Radio, I know are Lupe. I am still hopeful for LUPend. I know that album will be mind-blowing and out of the box. "Knock Em' Out The Box,Lu"

Kick, Push. It started it all. With an awesome rap, awesome beat; it's an awesome way to introduce Lupe to the masses.

They're all pretty sick, but one I've been listening to a lot lately 'Till I Get There.' It's definitely chill, relaxed, and reminds me of Lu's old mix of Jay's "Dear Summer", "Dear Fall." Really smooth, and the concept of looking at who you are was cool. LASERS.

Little Weapon is my favorite song because it has so much meaning to it, it talks about the child rebel soldiers in 3rd world countries and just give us a clear view of what they go through each and everyday and how people view them.

Hip Hop Saved My Life-- This song is really motivational to anyone struggling in life. With hard work comes great success. Great beat and flow. Listen to it daily!
